CBOR Economic Development Partners

I just sold and closed an Industrial building located at 1280 Kempar in Madison Heights. This transaction was a direct result of my membership and interaction with a CBOR/CPIX member that I have developed a relationship with. The purchaser was from Midland and wanted to relocate to S.E. Michigan and within two weeks of contact we had a building under contract. CBOR/CPIX was the vehicle that provided the initial contact and for that both the Seller and I say Thanks!!!
