Mobile App

The much anticipated CPIX App has been released! The app focuses on quick searching and is fully available to our members (you can log in with your CPIX password) as well as available to the public for accessing all of our member information.  You can learn more about the App by logging into your CPIX account – just look at the menu on the ride side of the screen for instructions that relate to your specific mobile device.

In addition to the new app, better support for accessing the full version of CPIX.net on your tablets, like scrolling issues on the iPad, have been fixed.

Improved Email Hotsheets

Hotsheets notify you about new and updated listings that match the email preferences that you have set up.  Hotsheets are the #1 most used feature on CPIX. 

- We have separated “new” listings from “updated” listings.

- Listings that are flagged as “updated” will now display EXACTLY what changed (ie price change).

- All lease rates will now include a lease type when available (ie NNN, Gross Lease).

- The layout and spacing has been improved for easier and faster scanning.

Improved Catalogs

Catalogs are like “favorites” lists or client folders – they allow you to save groups of listings or comparables for later analysis, for presenting to a client, or just to keep track of changes to the properties over time.

The catalog layout section has been redesigned to include more information about the cataloged listings and comparables, including a photo, price, size, property type, etc.

Also, each catalog now has a dedicated page on CPIX, branded to your company and designed to be accessed by your clients.  For instance, let’s say you were helping a client find some office space to lease in Detroit.  As you found suitable spaces, you would add them to a catalog.  Then you would email a link that would allow your client to review these spaces, all under your own company branding and contact details.

These catalogs are also available via your mobile device.

Search Enhancements

- Better location searching options for Biz Opps

- You can now search using a range for “Price Per SF” and “Price Per Acre”

- “Size” has been added to the initial search screen

- Multiple submarket names can now be selected from the pop-up map.  A list of Submarket names has also been added.

- Option to group search results by building.  By default, when searching for lease space, CPIX splits each space into a separate search result.  This makes it easier for searchers to drill down to only the spaces that meet their criteria.  There are times when it’s more convenient to keep the results grouped by building.  You can now consolidate the results into a single record.  To try it out, run a search and check “Group results by building“.

New Syndication/Distribution Channels

We added two new distribution channels.  Member’s listings will now automatically be pushed to CIMLS.com and OfficeSpace.com.

Remember you can opt out of any of the distribution channels, excluding all listings or just particular listings.
